Who We Are

The mission of the Veloplzen Cycling Club is to help promote a balance between life and sport by offering cyclists of all abilities and persuasions a club atmoshpere built on having fun riding bikes - all kinds of bikes! All of our organized events will be centred around having fun on whatever bike you ride and riding together with other like-minded bike people. But most importantly, at the end of the day the club is simply a group of friends and teammates who enjoy ending the ride with a cold beer and good conversation as much as they enjoy the exhilaration of the ride itself.

Veloplzen Cycling Club is affiliated with the Alberta Bicycle Association and the Canadian Cycling Association.

Registration

The Veloplzen Cycling Club is currently accepting new members, registration is 40$. If you are interested in joining please email your name and phone number and when you can be reached to info@veloplzen.org. We also have to get the members to fill out the ABA's application forms for insurance and race licences (if you're racing). As El Presidente I have to sign the forms and send them to the ABA. You can print these off the link below. For non racers you just check off the general membership box.

Once you've filled them out you can drop them in my mailbox at 1736 - 33 Avenue SW.
